About Our Workshop
Lathe workshop
Lathe machining is the first precision process in bearing production, which directly determines the dimensional basis and structural accuracy of bearing blanks. Our lathe workshop is equipped with fully automatic CNC lathes and specialized precision machining equipment, focusing on rough and precision machining of bearing inner and outer rings and blanks.
Package Workshop
The packaging workshop is the final core process to ensure the cleanliness, rust prevention, and transportation safety of bearings. We use dust-free standardized packaging operations to clean qualified finished bearings, apply rust proof oil, independently seal them, pack them in cardboard boxes, and package them in batches in outer boxes.
Warehouse
Our company has a standardized temperature controlled warehouse for finished products, which enables classified storage, moisture and rust prevention, zoning management, and batch traceability of bearing products. The layout of the warehouse shelves is well-organized, with all products arranged by model, specification, category, and production date, ensuring clear accounting, clear inventory, and efficient storage and retrieval.
